Hurricane Irma Assessments Due March 15th

Hurricane Irma managed to spare Broward County the worst of her wrath, but we were still left with a significant amount of damage to the trees and shrubbery in and around the common areas.

We were able to get the debris that was blocking traffic removed very quickly.  We followed those efforts with a total clean up project that was not, of course, projected in the annual budget.

As you know, we have assessed each property owner with a $235 hurricane special assessment.  That fee is due no later than March 15th, 2018.
