Clubhouse Construction is Ahead of Schedule

It was not only timely and due, but also financially wise to renovate the clubhouse at the same time as the pool.

We’re pleased to announce that the construction project for the clubhouse renovation is actually running ahead of schedule.  Once finished, our residents will find a 1000 square foot “perfect party place” with an expanded kitchen / catering area, new hardwood floors and a an overall brighter look to the space thanks to all of the new natural light from the new sliding doors on the south side.
